When will I receive my shipment?
All of our products are made to order to ensure the freshness and longevity of the fragrance. Many of our products take 24-72 hours to cure, depending on fragrance and weather conditions. Once cured, we package and mail your order using USPS.
What are your shipping rates?
We currently offer flat rate shipping of either $5.00 or $10.00 depending on the item(s) purchased. If you purchase:
$5.00 - 4 or less (of any combination) Air Fresheners, Sachets or Tealights
$10.00 - Any Gel, Palm or Soy Wax Candles, Wax Melts, Wax Melt Kits, and/or 5 or more (of any combination) Air Fresheners, Sachets or Tealights
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all 50 of the states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO address or addresses outside of the United States.
I received my order but have decided I do not like the container, fragrance and/or color. Can I return it for a replacement or refund?
Each product is custom made to order to ensure the freshness and longevity of the fragrance. Therefore, Scentuous Aromas cannot accept returns due to dissatisfaction of the container/candle, fragrance or color. We apologize for any convenience this may pose to our customers.
My container/candle was damaged during shipping. How can I receive a replacement?
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the product, items damaged during transit will be replaced or refunded.
